Context
When I joined Antalis (KPP Group), I found that competitive intelligence relied entirely on manual work. I decided to build the system that would do that job for them.
What I did
- Automated price and stock monitoring across major competing distributors
- Generated geocoded prospect lists for sales territory planning
- Extracted and normalized supplier product images at scale
