My main projects

Projects that showcase how I think, build, and ship.

01PRO

Antalis (KPP Group) — Competitive Intelligence (Scraping)

Automated scraping system turning competitor websites into structured commercial data

Context

When I joined Antalis (KPP Group), I found that competitive intelligence relied entirely on manual work — when it happened at all. I decided to build the system that would do that job for them.

What I did

  • Automated price and stock monitoring across major competing distributors
  • Generated geocoded prospect lists for sales territory planning
  • Extracted and normalized supplier product images at scale

Stack

PythonSeleniumBeautifulSoupPandasExcel/CSV

Impact

Est. 5–8 hrs/week saved across sales & marketing teams·4 data sources automated (pricing, stock, supplier images)·Competitor prices updated daily instead of manually on request

02PERSONAL

Budget Master — Personal Finance Dashboard

A budgeting tool (inspired by the envelope method) — extended with deep asset analysis, loan simulation and crypto tracking

Context

Budget in one tab, investments in another, crypto on a separate app — no global view. I built the tool I wished I had.

What I did

  • Net worth dashboard with breakdown by asset class
  • Loan simulator with amortization schedule and total cost comparison
  • Long-term financial projection engine with configurable scenarios
  • Real-time crypto price tracking via public APIs

Stack

Next.jsTypeScriptSupabaseTailwind CSSRecharts

Impact

Replacing 3 separate tools (budgeting app + spreadsheet + crypto tracker) with one unified dashboard·Gained visibility on overall financial health and long-term projection

03PRO

Antalis (KPP Group) — Marketing Automation & Reporting

Multi-source automated reporting, AI-powered translation pipeline and SEO content factory

Context

Manual reporting every month, translations one by one, SEO descriptions written article by article. I saw three problems with the same solution: automation.

What I did

  • Multi-source automated reporting: Eloqua + Qlik Sense + Excel → market managers
  • Hybrid FR→NL translation: DeepL + technical glossary + GPT-4o
  • AI SEO factory: Google Search + Perplexity + OpenAI → 10 structured fields

Stack

PythonGoogle Apps ScriptOracle EloquaQlik SenseSeleniumOpenAI GPT-4oDeepL APIPerplexity API

Impact

Generating a product page: 2 min instead of 45 min. Hundreds of pages generated across multiple European markets·Thousands of products sheets translated with consistent terminology·Est. 6–10 hrs/week saved on manual reporting

04HACKATHON

PayFit - SEO Copilot

AI-powered SaaS built in a hackathon to automate SEO content optimization at scale

Context

A real PayFit brief, four days to deliver. How do you automate SEO content production at scale? That kind of constraint suits me.

What I did

  • N8N monitoring workflows: competitors, Google PAA, new HR/accounting laws
  • Dust agents for article writing and legal fact-checking
  • Multi-tenant SaaS architecture with complete technical spec delivered

Stack

N8NDustNext.jsVercelSupabaseGitHubOpenAI APITypeScriptTailwind CSS

Impact

Delivered in 4 days·Article creation time: 3 hrs (research + write + validate) → 5 min (validate only)

05PERSONAL

LeCo — Fitness & Nutrition App

From a Google Sheet in 2021 to a full-stack PWA

Context

Started in 2021 as a Google Sheet to track my nutrition and training. Four years later, too many people were asking to access it. I turned it into a real app.

What I did

  • Diet + Training merged into a modular app — validated by qualitative study
  • PostgreSQL with RLS, Ciqual 2025 food database integration
  • B2B2C go-to-market: coaches as wedge, fitness blog as funnel

Stack

ReactSupabasePostgreSQLTypeScriptTailwind CSSshadcn/uipgvector

Impact

Active user feedback·1. Validating the need for coaches to manage clients·2. Validating modularity (some want just the diet, some just the training, some both)·3. Validating overall UX and value proposition

Journey

From sport business to tech — a non-linear path driven by curiosity.

2024–2025

Antalis (KPP) — Marketing Ops & Data Automation

Email automation and creation. I designed and shipped a suite of internal tools at Antalis (KPP) across several European markets — competitive data scraping, multi-source reporting automation and AI pipelines for translation and SEO. This is where the projects became real.

2024–2026

Eugenia School — MSc Analytics for Business

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Analytics for Business, deepening expertise in data engineering, AI, and strategic analytics.

2024

Hydrogène Sports — Business Developer

4-month position as a Business Developer — first professional experience bridging business operations and data-driven decision making.

2022–2024

WIN — Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing Management

President of the Student Association (BDE). At the intersection of business, marketing and management. Where I first got serious about data-driven decision making — and realized I wanted to build the tools, not just read the dashboards.

2022

Pracartis Group — Internal Communications Officer

Internal communication role at an industrial group based in Haute-Savoie. Beyond writing and coordinating with suppliers, I built WordPress pages and worked on employee data to support the group's CSR reporting — my first real taste of using data to tell a story inside an organization.

2020–2022

University Diploma of Technology (DUT), Multimedia and Internet Technologies

My technical foundation: web development, algorithms and graphic design. I learned HTML/CSS, JavaScript, PHP and the Adobe suite. Looking back, this is where the builder mindset started.

What's next

I'm looking for roles where I can combine AI, automation, and product engineering to solve real operational problems — ideally in fast-paced environments across Asia or remote-first companies in fintech.

Let's build something.

Open to full-time roles, freelance missions and interesting conversations.
